If your computer is slower and slower perhaps your machine need a Spy-Ware and Ad-Aware cleaning.
Link to PCWorld.com page about Spybot Search and Destroy and another product you may choose to use is Ad-Aware SE. These products are not subsitutes for an Antivirus programs.
